West of England Mentoring Programme

Ablaze‘s Secondary School programme, West of England Mentoring (WEM), is a unique group mentoring model helping students aged 12-15 raise aspirations, explore career pathways and make plans for the world of work. With positive volunteer mentors from local organisations, WEM works across Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Bath & North East Somerset.

We are a collaboration partner helping to promote this mentoring programme, and working with Ablaze and their delivery partners, MentoringPlus and Babbasa, to source new business mentors from across the city and wider BANES community.
